Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lisa’s Hot Creations at lisashotcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy applies except where a return or refund is required by applicable law.
