Orders are processed before shipment. Because some of our products are made to order or personalized, processing times may vary. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is generally 3–10 business days within the United States, depending on the product, shipping destination, and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lisa’s Hot Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
